Just a quick post to say the Flank Steak was not a success.
The wine totally overpowered the other flavors, and it was not something that was tasty.
I have some other ideas, though, on how to improve the flavor and cooking process.
Will post them after I rumenate on them for a while...
...now off to brush a 2 year old's teeth....
